All damaged product should be sent to our relevant warehouse address. Please contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the appropriate address.
To begin initiating a refund, within 14 calendar days of delivery, please return your item to the address provided by our team. After shipping the item, reach out to our customer support team at email@example.com to process your refund.
Terms and Conditions for Refunds
- We only accept returns with a tracking number.
- Simply contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions regarding your refund.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
- We cannot accept returns of rejected or refused packages, abandoned packages, and packages returned outside of the designated return process (please see above for designated return process).
- We encourage customers to carefully read our refunds policy and to please make sure all the items are eligible for refund to avoid disappointment.
- We provide a refund to your original payment method for all full-priced, eligible items.
- Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
- Items returned to us that are not eligible for a refund will be discarded or sent back to you at your own expense.
- We do not provide a return label or pay for returns shipping.
- Order cancellations are only accepted for full-priced items, within 60 minutes after an order is placed. Please if you have to cancel your order for any reason reach out to us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We process orders as quickly as possible so cancellations are time sensitive.
